Sending a change request to AyeZee

For anything you can’t or don’t want to change yourself, send a request from the portal.

1. Open the Requests door and click New request.
2. Give it a short title and describe what you need. Be specific: “Change my Tuesday hours to 9 to 5” beats “update hours.”
3. Submit.

Each request shows its status, and you and AyeZee can message back and forth on it so everything stays in one place.
